Blaine was raised in Arcadia, graduated from Arcadia High School in 1970 and is a graduate of the University of California at Davis. He has spent the last 30 years in commercial real estate development and investment. Blaine is the Principal/Owner in Samuelson and Fetter LLC and Boone Fetter LLC both development and management companies. His firm has been listed as one of Los Angeles Counties top 25 developers since the list inception and is currently working on the Development of The Parks at Monrovia Station Square, one of Los Angeles Counties largest Transit Oriented Developments.
