As Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Fran Inman directs all marketing, public relations, government relations and community affairs activities for Majestic Realty Co., the privately held development firm based in Los Angeles County. With a real estate portfolio of more than 50 million square feet, Majestic Realty has offices in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Denver and Las Vegas. In 2002, she also was named the president of the Majestic Realty Foundation, the firm’s newly established corporate-giving program. During the first year the foundation made more than 130 grants in Atlanta, Denver, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The Foundation’s violence prevention initiative working with six inter city youth centers has already received state wide recognition. Previously, Fran served on the development team for the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. In this role, she managed several community and business participation programs that would become a model for future Los Angeles development projects. Prior to transferring back to the corporate headquarters in 2001, Fran was Executive Vice President of the Silverton Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, a property owned by Edward P. Roski, Jr. Recognized for her leadership and community involvement in Las Vegas, Fran was honored as one of the most influential women in Southern Nevada in 2000. Fran currently serves as president of the Gaming Organization for Leadership Diversity (GOLD), an association for women and minorities in the gaming industry that she helped establish. Prior to joining Majestic, Fran owned her own consulting business in the leisure and entertainment industry, providing business planning and marketing strategies for clients worldwide.
