The Partnership is committed to providing high-quality programs and services to business professionals, civic leaders and educators in the San Gabriel Valley. As a Partnership member, you have the opportunity to become involved in a many of activities. One of the best ways to do so, is through one of our committees and coalition sectors. They provide an excellent opportunity for you to receive valuable and timely information about new programs, developments, and legislation, while being able to contribute your expertise on specific interests and establishing professional relationships. Committee membership is open to any Partnership member. Sector coalitions are groups of members form specific indsutry groups. Legislative Action Committee
Co-Chairs: Katie Mielke, MHi and Henry Nunez, Henry Nunez Real Estate Co.
The mission of the Legislative Action Committee is to research, educate, form policy, and communicate the Partnership positions on legislative, regulatory, and infrastructure issues affecting the economy of the San Gabriel Valley.

Marketing Committee
Co-Chairs: Blaine Fetter, Samuelson & Fetter LLC and Helen Romero Shaw, Southern California Gas Company
The mission of the Marketing/Regional Promotions Committee is to promote a regional approach to marketing the Valley as the place to do business and to attract more businesses and jobs to the San Gabriel Valley.

Beginning September 21, 2011, the committee will meet every odd month on the 3rd Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the SGVEP Office, 4910 Building, Conference Room 2, Irwindale
Events Committee
Co-Chairs: Dave Huntoon, Rose Institute and Don Sachs, Industry Manufacturers Council
The mission of the Events Committee is to provide ideas and content for three major Partnership events: the Annual Awards Gala, Economic Outlook Breakfast, and Opportunities Conference. The committee will develop the topics, identify and assist in recruiting guest speakers, and coordinate with Partnership staff to make the necessary arrangements for each program.

Membership Committee

The mission of the Membership Committee is to assist with the retention of existing members and recruitment of new members to the Partnership.

Hospital Coalition
Chair:
The mission of the Hospital Coalition is to enhance the image and recognition of the San Gabriel Valley's hospitals as world class health care institutions and as important economic engines in the Valley.

Tourism and Hospitality Coalition
The mission of the Tourism Coalition is to promote the entertainment and recreational amenities in the SGV to the residents and visitors throughout Southern California.
