The Partnership’s Legislative Action Committee is a comprehensive team of public policy advocates from among the organization’s membership that meets monthly to support the region’s business development, workforce development, and quality of life objectives.
The Committee promotes policies and regulations that help reduce the cost of doing business in California and the Valley; advocates programs that assure the availability of a qualified workforce; and actively support important regional infrastructure projects to improve goods movement, general transportation and effective land use.
The Committee sponsors an annual Legislative Networking Reception which provides local community and business leaders an opportunity to meet with their local, state and federal representatives. The Partnership also hosts an annual San Gabriel Valley Delegation Dinner in Sacramento.
Meetings are held every fourth (4th) Wednesday of each month, except for December.
